Steps to Submit a Referral
- Email contact@morstorselfstorage.com your referral’s full name and contact information (Phone & Email) before they rent a storage unit.
- Your referral must rent a storage unit within 14-days of the time you email us, and put your name in the “how’d you hear about us?” box when they rent online.
- Once verified and validated, we’ll mail your $50 check – no strings attached!

Referral Program Rules and Guidelines
- Your referral must keep their storage unit for at least 2 months in good standing.
- Only one referrer per customer will receive a reward. No duplicate submissions.
- Rewards are non-transferable.
- Referrals from the same household or immediate family members don’t qualify.
- The referral cannot be a current or former tenant from MorStor Self Storage.
- Participants cannot refer themselves to the referral program to qualify for rewards.
- Referrals must be submit by email before the storage unit is rented.
- The referral must rent a unit within 14-days from the time of submission to contact@morstorselfstorage.com and they must enter your name in the “how’d you hear about us box” when renting online.
- The total rent your referral pays must exceed the value of the referral check.
- Referral checks must be mailed to the mailing address on your state issued valid ID. Reward checks will not be mailed until the referral has rented the storage unit for at least 2-months.
*Please be aware that MorStor Self Storage retains the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with any changes communicated to participants in advance. Additionally, any engagement in fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the referral program will result in immediate disqualification from the program and may lead to potential legal action. We value the integrity of our referral program and appreciate your adherence to these exclusions and guidelines.
